Next Concert: Saturday 16th June at 7.30pm

Our next concert will be on Saturday 16th June, 7.30pm at St Marylebone Parish Church, NW1. This will be a gala concert to launch our third CD ‘Constanza Chorus: Classics in the City’. The programme will incorporate pieces from the CD and others that we will be performing during our forthcoming tour to Germany. Tickets

Over £1200 raised for The Food Chain

Constanza Chorus is delighted to have raised over £1200 for their charity for 2018 The Food Chain! This was from the very generous contributions made by our audience after the Christmas concert and carol singing in Devonshire Square.

This year our chosen charity is The Food Chain. The Food Chain exists to ensure people living with HIV in London can access the nutrition they need to get well, stay well and lead healthy, independent lives. We will be making a collection for the charity at our Christmas concert on Saturday 9th December and

Mozart Requiem – Saturday 13th May 2017 – Cadogan Hall

Our next concert will be a performance of Mozart Requiem on Saturday 13th May 2017 at Cadogan Hall with the London Mozart Players. There will also be a world premiere performance of Matthew Taylor’s Goddess Excellently Bright. Tickets (£12 – £20) available from the Cadogan Hall box office.

Next Constanza Chamber Choir Concert

‘The Autumn is Old’ – a concert of music on the theme of Advent and winter with pieces by Holst, Rachmaninov, MacMillan, Wood. Friday 18th November at 6.30 pm at St Mary-at-Hill church, EC3. Entrance Free.

Exciting 2016 ahead!

We are looking forward to starting rehearsals for our Baroque programme as well as launching the new Chamber Choir in January.

11th January

At the first rehearsal of 2016 we will look at the first movements of the Bach and Vivaldi and the first section of the Monteverdi, so please make sure you have listened to all these. We will also have a welcome-back drink at the end of the rehearsal. Jo
